This will help keep track of all serializer export formats for tooling to automatically generate metadata files.
Ensures serializer member order matches convention and casing of all enums matches the schema as serialized.

Port pin metadata members have been annotated to ensure casing of enum members matches the schema when serialized. Serializer member order has also been specified to ensure exporting follows convention.
Roundtrip tests for port pin metadata have been added to ensure consistent serializer export formats for tooling that automatically generates metadata files.
